Hannah Shimek is the Executive Director of the 4K Sports Foundation, where she is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities and experiences for young athletes throughout the greater Seattle area. A former collegiate softball player at Southern Oregon University, Hannah competed at the highest level as part of two national championship teams, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to build a winning culture and sustain excellence. 

Her time in the game shaped her leadership, resilience, and deep belief in the power of sports to influence lives far beyond the field. Hannah is a passionate advocate for youth athletics and her community, committed to ensuring every kid has access to opportunity, development, and mentorship. Her mission is to give kids the platform to grow, compete, and make an impact, on and off the field, while developing into confident, capable individuals who carry those lessons into life beyond sports.
